So I got a message during the night and have ignored it until now. So to you sir who said the following: Dont you think 12 years is a little late two start putting out solar lights and flowers at a cross on the side of the highway? That girl cant see them. It looks tacke and disrespectful to her and her family. Take it down So here you go. #1. Its not something I started yesterday. Ive done it twice a year for the past 12 years. I dont plan on stopping....its my way of remembering her. And I get to share the experience with my boys and tell them about her! #2. There has ALWAYS been flowers and there have been solar lights there and the cemetery before but the constant weather tears them up quickly. And yes, its like that at the cemetery too except their is a dozen frog statues too. :) #3. You dont know her or the family. She loved bright colors, except for pink...she hated pink! She would love that we put lights and flowers out to remember her! #4. I dont know what kind of faith you have, if any at all....but we believe she is in heaven watching over us. Therefore, she KNOWS and sees what we do to remember her. #5. Next time you wanna call me out for something you know nothing about.....do it on my wall! Dont be a coward and do it in private!! #6. It is to not two. And you spell tacky with a y, not an e. Have a great day! :)
