So I got a phone call from Tom, the man who runs the group home I lived in; he called and said if I write him a letter saying I am going to school and what my goals are, what I want to go for then he will send me a 250 dollar check! To help with gas and then when I get grades if they are higher then a 2.5 gpa he will send me a $500 check. And will continue to do it as long as Im in school. Thats awesome. All because I lived there and I am continuing my education. Good to have someone Not related to me, and just works for the state to help me, while Im a single mom trying to complete my lfe.
