So I got on WIC yesterday and Im really glad I did. We were debating and finally decided we should. Im getting 20 cans of formula a month for free! How amazing is that. If someone is pregnant or has an Infant I HIGHLY recommend this. WIC isnt one of those DHS establishments that you can stay on your whole life it helps you to get a head start on nutrition for your baby. After all. Healthy foods are usually the most expensive and you can get it for free. You can get care while your pregnant until your baby is 6 months old. Then the baby can continue to stay on WIC until they are four. Its a pretty awesome program and will save lots of money!
