So I got to talk to the Editor of the Indianapolis Star (or refered to as the IndyStar) today about possible consideration of putting Kurami in their paper. Even though the answer was no for very good reasons he explained, we talked on the phone for quite a while talking about the little blondie. He took a look at her facebook page, and even the We Are Madison County short story that was made about her. He told me stories about him and his dream of being an editorial cartoonist and how I should not only continue on with my dream of being a cartoonist, but to also try to get into Paws, Inc. to meet the big cat (Jim Davis). He also gave me his email to keep in contact and possibly try to get to see him in Indianapolis one day. I never been so happy to get a rejection before.
