So I guess the people at Simpsons got a bit of a backfire this weekend. I guess they wanted the character death to be big news and the Family Guy-produced crossover to be second string. Instead the crossover is big news (for irony and disgust), the Hertzfeldt couch gag is making rounds with art guys like me, and the character death is second string. Hooray, lets celebrate the mourning of dignity the Simpsons used to have! I wonder how Matt feels about this new crossover while he wanted nothing to do with when the Simpsons met The Critic.
