So I had a broncoscopy this morning. Kevin and I came down last night, ate at chuys And stated right down from the hospital, like 2 minutes. While in recovery right before I was supposed to get ready to leave I started shivering majorly. No sign or symptom prior to this. I had. Routin oncology visit after bronch so we pushed me down to my apt and things went bad. On a good note, when they did the broncoscopy the pulmonologist said tumor had been growing but radiation had already killed it. He clipped it and cleaned everything out and that was all good news! Yeah!!!! So shivering I thought was just from not eating never did I think I had such a high fever. Well my fever was 103.1 my heart rate 150 and my white blood cell count was very high which would indicate an infection. So Vandy has held me hostAge yet again and hS admitted me. My assumption is like a few weeks ago when I was an inpatient that I had a 103 fever, when they did bronch and trimmed backed tumor, my fever went away and everything was fine after that. I sent kevin home knowing God is with me and I will be well taken care of. I do have pneumonia so I would appreciate your prayers. Like the NP in the oncologist area said, you just have to cut a break. Please pray for Alby too! That little boy doesnt deserve this and especially not understanding whats going on.
