So I had my last cigarette last night & switched to a vape or e-cig. I hadnt had a cigarette all day until my vape stopped working half way thru the day...I was pissed! I bought the vape at Vapor Works in Abingdon & paid more than I would like to have, but I wanted cigarettes out of my life. So theres a couple that sold me the e-cig a few a weeks or so ago...they told me if I bought the equipment & supplies there, if anything tore up they would replace it. So, 3 days ago it stops smoking & all the liquid is leaking out...I go back to the store & tell them its leaking...they tried to come up with every possibility of how it could have been my fault, but gave me a new cartridge. Today, which was suppose to be the day I stopped smoking, the vape stops working again. These people were already rude & buttholes so I decided to take back up & take Amanda Blevins Burke. With me. The kids went in with us too. I handed the guy my vape & told him it was still leaking...Oh My GOSH...IT hit the FAN...The man SCREAMED at me, told me I didnt put the thing together correctly, I should have gotten something that was more on my level and that I could operate...the list of bashing goes on. I asked him when you sold me the vape didnt you tell me there was guarantee? I told him I wanted either a refund or a product that worked & he said I wasnt getting a refund, it was to old, & that he had just replaced a part yesterday & he wasnt going to replace anything else. Still screaming at me Amanda said why dont you show her how to put it together correctly & maybe she wont have to complain...I said forget it & was reaching for the vape to leave when he jerks it out of my hand & wouldnt give it back. He did all this with 3 KIDS in the room. This is only PART of the conversation/screaming match but Im proud of myself for not tucking my tail & running & not backing down...I dont think theres a cuse word that describes this guy & the other chick that he partners with is about the same. If I could I would go somewhere else tonight & buy one from a different vape shop, but I just dropped $60 on this stupid vape & I it was my day to quite. So, please spread the word...I wouldnt want this to be anyones first experience with vaping & an e-cig is not that complicated or hard to work, it wasnt my first vape...there are much better more friendly places - Warning! DONT GO TO VAPOR WORKS in Abingdon!!!
