So I have a question to pose and please be respectful if you answer as I am not looking to start WW3. There is a lot of talk about shopping only at Canadian Businesses or Retailers which I wholeheartedly approve but when those business have made it a habit of being rude, insulting and dismissive, why would I want to continue to shop there? I have had the opportunity to shop across the border and noticed that in several stores the Customer Service staff has always been polite, courteous and helpful! If your business is based on consumers buying things from your shop then should you not be considerate of the people who shop there? I am being made to feel at times that if I do not shop Canadian even with bad service then I am part of the problem! So here is the question, does it matter if the Canadian owned shop is rude to you? Or is it just the fact that they are a Canadian business means we should support them?
