So I have been baking all day today for the Zonta Christmas Market, which is tomorrow at the Bendigo Club, from 11am-4pm. $6 entry fee with all proceeds going to the Zonta Clubs charity of choice. The flavours I baked today are: Ferrero Rocher with a Nutella buttercream icing Vanilla cupcakes and a vanilla Italian meringue buttercream icing Lemon meringue cupcakes Red Velvet with a traditional cream cheese icing a gluten free Carrot Cake cupcake with a cream cheese icing And a Christmas fruit cake cupcake with a white icing. All Christmas flavoured and delicious. Will be on sale tomorrow at the Zonta market. Hope to see you there.
