So I have been going to the gym lately, trying to get into better shape. I had a really good workout yesterday, mostly body-weight circuit training type workouts, and I am super sore today all over, which means it worked. But I noticed I am extra hungry all day today, more than usual. Is this normal? I know I am supposed to make a calorie deficit, but if I am hungry should I eat? I know if I eat too few calories I will go into fat storing mode. I also have a horrible headache, so it could be I am not drinking enough water... and it has been really hot the last few days. Im trying to down as much water as I can this afternoon, and do some meal planning... mostly Paleo/Nourishing Foods types of recipes. Thoughts, any health/fitness people?
