So I have gotten to the point in my research where I am reading the package inserts and I have a few questions. I have gotten through two inserts so far both are Hep B vaccines. My first question is, the size of the clinical studies seem fairly small to me, does anyone know what a normal size clinical study should be? Second, the clinical studies have been for only 4 & 5 days, why are there none performed for longer periods? There are no studies on the long term effects? Third, the two package inserts I have read both state that the vaccine has been evaluated for carcinogenic or mutagenic potential or its potential to impair fertility. Do you think there is a correlation between increases in childhood cancer with the increased number of vaccination?
