So I have had pretty eventful weekend. Friday night Bloomington with the family to run errands and have dinner. that was after taking the girls to meet their grandparents. Saturday I played a softball tournament all day in between games, going to Walmart and vacuuming out my van. Saturday night I had to bail on my team to rush home take a 2 sec shower and get to my Daughter Maddies ROTC banquet. I am so proud of her, she sang the National Anthem and won so many awards. She received one that is very special to me, - The Curt Davis award. Jon was such a pain that he went straight to bed afterwards and I fell asleep not too long after. _Sorry Dawn Jaeger Abrams that we didnt make it over. Cant wait for some fun times this summer. Then of course today was mothers day. I got a dozen roses from my husband. Thanks TinaandJoel Nichols for the card. tee hee.... another dozen roses from my girls with a card that had some very deep and emotional words that every mother/step mother wants to hear about making a difference in their lives. Some great homemade gifts from samatha and the earrings and watch I picked out for myself. Went to church and lunch at my moms... I love you so much and you are my rock. I went and put a rose on my grandmothers grave and got to have a nap with Jonathan. Happy mothers day to all my friend and to everyone I did not get to see or talk to today.
