So, I have some extra Shakeology I can part with and I was thinking I can do a 5 day clean eating challenge group with Shakeology. All you have to do is get a 5 day trial pack of Shakeology from me and youre in! Ill provide a meal plan that includes Shakeology. Ill teach you how to organize your meals and snacks to not be hungry and maximize your energy!! And, if youre interested, even throw in some quickie workouts you can do at home. So whos in?
