So I have to give it up to my kiddo today!! As much as she loves constant attention I had to work today all day.. I knew it was going to be a long one and she had to occupy herself. I had a talk with her and asked her to please not make life rough and make messes and get all out of control... From 11am when I was setting up to 7:00pm tonight... She played with her doll house, which she cleaned up after each use. She played with her little shop in the bathtub (which she said was taking them to the lake) cleaned that up, drew pics on her chalk board and then chilled out on my Kindle towards the end.. Even made herself a peanut butter and jelly sandy with pretzels.. She is quite the grown up 6 year old sometimes..
