So I havent graduated yet but my former Anthropology Professor Dr. Yuson wants me to be a guest lecturer in her Culture and Food Class at Wayne State. She also wants to co-write a research paper on how culture affects food choices and the difficulty in eating healthy. I have an hypothesis that she finds amazing and wants us to publish in a Anthropology Journal and present at a conference on Food and Culture in June. I told her I wasnt qualified for such academic work, especially since I havent graduated. She said Nezaa you already know and I mentioned you to some of my colleagues at Wayne State and in Bulgaria and they all said the same thing. She needs to pursue this. I will lend my name for academic credibility if you need me to but you really dont. Okay Universe I hear you loud and clear.
