So I havent posted anything yet. Had a few personal thank yous to dish out before I did a public post. So yesterday I competed against the best of the best. Over 35 of britains best physiques all qualified and earnt there spot on the stage. I finished 5th and got my invite to the Arnold Classic next year in Madrid!! I am so happy because this is exactly what I set out to achieve! Me being me Im obviously a little disappointed as I wanted more and felt it was within my reach. I ate a little too much and my stomach was distending a bit on stage. But u live and learn. I am so proud and happy. I have to thank my Kelly Cudbill, woman, soul mate and best friend for being there for me emotionally and physically helping me with prep, Luke Pirlo Phillips for all the shit he has to help with. Lol. Scott Francis the legend!!! My friend and coach I couldnt ask for anything more of. Hes such an inspiration to me and cant recommend him enough. We had a lot to do in 5 weeks and we nailed it.
