So I hear south shore frolics didnt use ta be like this. Now granted, I smoke. But even I was blown away and felt totally uncomfortable with the sheer amount of cigs being consumed by shirtless, creepy, possibly zombified folks - many toting what i assume were kids under all the kool-aid stains and filth - who just narrowly escaped 1983 to get to the festival. Erica and I pondered why frolics is so crazy trashy while bastille (while a different sorta trashy) is, well... better groomed. I think the big difference is that you may have to pay for parking at bastille.
