So I heard this from a resident at Chaco apartments. The elderly lady down stairs from her house was evicted. Because the children/grandchildren had been taking her money for her rent; she was unable to walk to the office putting her behind on her rent. The managers/ owners took her things out of her apartment and said she had to leave! She sat there crying asking for them to give her until October a couple days away to pay but they said no. We as the younger generations should be carrying our teachings on to do right for our elders. When they get paid on the 1st dont show up for just that one day until their money is gone, got through out the whole month offer help visit them their lonely. Im ashamed of our generations. Our elders are people too, they need their money for what they want nd need respect them love them. One day they will be gone forever nd all youll remember is the 12 months you showed up for one day to spend their money that they had they heart to let you spend. Instead of making years of memories visiting for days week hours. I would if my grandparents were alive. I miss them. Love your elders.
