So I initially hesitated sharing this for several reasons - not the least of which the Huffington Post is probably the least credible source for Bible theology on the planet. But after reading it, I thought it may be worth sharing. When the Left Behind books came out in a firestorm years ago, I dove headlong into months of bible study to see if they were at all accurate. In the end, I came very close to the same conclusion this author does. He lacks a lot of detail in his arguments, but I tend to agree with his conclusion - at least that the end times wont be at all like this movie or any of the other Left Behind books or movies portay. That said, Im looking forward to watching the movie. Im sure it will be good entertainment, but nothing more.
