So I just finished using the Comcast online chat to schedule - TopicsExpress

So I just finished using the Comcast online chat to schedule someone to come out to repair service tomorrow. In chatting with Habib, he notified me that it would be required that someone who speaks English be at home when the tech shows up. I think Comcast requiring someone that speaks English being here is a great policy, but I find it strange that I am required to work with Habib in order to request someone come out. If they can require someone speaking English, I feel I should have that same option. Just a thought.....
