So I just get back from voting where the poll worker told me - TopicsExpress

So I just get back from voting where the poll worker told me turnout was just under 10%. I know this did not include early voting. So I checked the early voting data. Still not a great turnout. Living in a county seat precinct in a Republican county with several Republican contested races I expected a higher turnout. A coworker sends me a Wall Street Journal article about Estonia moving to electronic voting from home. Even here in the US groups are trying to find methods to spur more people to vote. We live in a world where people will brave bullets and bombs to vote, some even for the first time. What would it take to turn this around for a higher turnout even for primaries here in the US?
