So! I must rant: We wanted to have a family time with Joshua, who has to work in Fourth of July. We headed for Senior Jalepenos on Main Street in Windsor. We had a coupon. We shows the waitress our coupon before the meal. She failed to mention they dont take coupons on ...Thursday??? We waited over an hour for our food. The $4 childs plate is tiny and over priced. Nate had literally a teaspoon of rice, so we asked for more. The silverware didnt come til 5 min after our meal. The waitress never checked on us after we got our food. We finally got a manager. He took the kids food off but then they charged us $8 for chips!! Anyway, when we get this crazy bill, we told the gal we werent paying that for chips and she was going to take the coupon. She said she already took off the kids plate and they gave us more food. I said ..because there wasnt food on the plate and because you werent doing your job. She was so rude, but I never raised my voice, just stayed firm. She refused the coupon. She took off the chips after more arguing. I told her I would be sharing with you and she insisted they had done all they could to please us. I insisted they had not even done their job. And so, the customer loses again. It was a ruined evening , a worthless coupon and you leave feeling like a jerk. What is happening people, what is happening? We assured them we were not returning and hoped it was worth losing 7 customers. I got the feeling they dont care. So, beware. There are plenty of other Mexican places to eat. Choose another. Or watch out. It seems awfully sneaky over there. And frankly, Im pretty easy to please, so this kind of thing is quite unusual for me. Makes me sad. :-(
