So I ran out of Sriracha sauce and decided to whip up a batch of my own! I used about 50 of my tobasco peppers, 20 Thai cayenne peppers, 2 ghosts, a scorpion and a reaper pepper. I also used tomatoes, tomato paste and garlic from my garden! Thanks again to Ed at the PuckerButt Pepper Company for the hottest of my hot plants this year! You really only need one or two of those peppers in a small batch to make things blistering! The sauce came out so awesome. The color, flavor and texture was exactly what I was looking for! Really addicting! Im hoping to have more of my recipes released next year. We were hoping to have a small run of a really awesome ghost pepper sauce I made released for Halloween but Im not sure if we are going to be able to make that happen in time!
