So, I received my 2nd replacement refurbished phone from Asurion. What a POS. It wont charge. I had to have the replacement replaced because I couldnt get into apps after I would close one. I had to shut the phone off in order to get back into it. Really? You charge me $99 for these POS? This is unacceptable. Then the genius on the phone is reading from his queue card all the questions he is supposed to ask me. DID YOU HEAR ME THE FIRST TIME? I JUST GOT THE PHONE LAST NIGHT AND OPENED THE BOX TODAY! No! I didnt have time to dump it in the sink or toilet to get it wet! I am on the third person who has now again...put me on hold! ASUIRON...you lost my respect tonight. I was impressed that I received my replacement phone within 12 hours of speaking with your representative, but this POS you sent me Trumps that...Wow! frustrated beyond words. On hold now 16 minutes! SEND ME A NEW PHONE!
