So I sat down this week and designed a nice classroom style info graphic on The Elephants of the World. No problem I thought. I have lots of elephant photos. I only need one side view of a nice healthy elephant working the camera a bit to make the poster complete. Ha! Obviously I have no met myself before. My side view photos of elephants include: elephants smeared with purple suave, elephant with broken hip, elephant with back injury, elephant with mass on knee, small elephant with prosthetic leg due to landmine, big elephant needing new prosthetic leg due to landmine, elephant with lame-ass tourists in wooden bench chair, elephant chained to tree in sun with no water at tourist clip… Then I signed into Facebook to post this rant and immediately saw this post from BLES. So as these are the actual elephants of the world, what is wrong with this picture? Let’s all say enough and start now by saving these 2! If not now, then when?
