So I saw this video in my recommended on my YouTube page. I was like what the hell lets see what it has to say. It made me cry. Not because it was such a strong message and not because Ive been suffering from depression for years but for the simple fact is THIS is how I felt day in and day out for YEARS, and I just could never say it or figure out how to say it for that matter. Depression sucks, it really does and yea Ive gotten help, taking medication, been threw a program, seen therapists but sometimes you still will slide back into that state and its like your in a really; REALLY deep hole. Im glad and thankful for the people who have stuck by me everyday, who have been there everyday and who will forever be there. Because with out you guys, my true friends(you know who you are
