So I see a lot of dialogue, heated debate, some racist comments and some honest questions on my feed regarding the various First Nations issues in the news: Sports Teams Mascots, Solidarity with The Mikmaq people and Halloween costumes. I am glad that people talk about this stuff (or rather post/reply) and some people can see another side of an issue and maybe open their eyes a bit, or maybe we ALL learn something. Then theres the horrifying moment when you realize that someone on your friends list is a total D0uch3-bag and feels the need to vomit up some vile opinions (perhaps learned behavior.) I thank those who are open-minded and truly care about human emotion, human life and human hearts. I hope that some stubborn people will open up their hearts a little and realize that we are all just people..flesh and bone and in the end, we are all related. Hiy hiy.
