So I send in a ticket to Glitcheye because of losing a Stinger fleet to an SOS. This is what I got back. Once the test is complete, take a screenshot of the results (specifically the 3 numbers at the top), and reply back with the attached screenshot. For more information on taking a screenshot, please see: take-a-screenshot.org/ (2) Traceroute - You can find instructions on how to run a Traceroute at https://helpcenter.kixeye/hc/en-us/articles/202083098-How-to-run-a-Traceroute-Windows-Mac-. A screenshot would be most helpful, but you can also copy/paste these results back to us by right clicking the cmd window and clicking select all (Everything should be highlighted white at this point) Press the enter key (This will copy the data so it can be pasted) Paste the information into your reply.
