So I send my defective LP back to Gibson in Nashville via Southeast Guitar Repairs in Buford and they send me back a brand new 2015 LP Special. I sent my LP to them in a nice but soft case. They sent back my soft case and sent the new guitar in this very nice hard case. Let me say that I am very impressed with Gibson.
