So I started my Level 2 Gym Instructor course over the weekend there. Finding it extremely useful already on a multitude of levels, especially in terms of protocol regarding health and safety, brushing up on anatomy etc and professionalism. Its been rather fun too. That said, Im like a dinosaur compared to the rest of the class. All young ones looking to start their careers in the fitness industry! Another week or so of training and assessments to go!
