So I started this class six months ago at Sunnycrest retirement home. When I met Vern he had a stroke couple years before and lost all movement and strength in the right side of his body, confined to his scooter or wheelchair. After my time with him three times a week for one hour just a few weeks ago he walked into my class with just a cane. Everyone applauded as he entered and I burst into tears. He walked up to me and said shelease I want to thank you. Ever since you came to us Ive improved every day and I couldnt have walked in here without you! His doctors told him he no longer needs surgery. His right arm is still a struggle but as you can see hes doing excellent in everything else. My job is so rewarding I absolutely love to see them and bring smiles to their faces while helping them understand a healthy lifestyle. Thank you Vern and thank you Live2bhealthy
