So I submit an offer for a client yesterday and asked the agent via text to confirm receipt. This is what I got back: Please acknowledge receipt of my policy that I do not answer the phone or email after 7pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends. Hmmm, wonder if his seller knows this...to bad he missed an offer because my acknowledgment was simply, we will move on to another property. No time to cobrok with a #divaprincess. Its a full time job! Make sure your agent wants to represent you at all times! Thats kinda how it works!
