So I talked to my mortgage company Greentree Lending who refused to take two checks mailed a couple of weeks apart because they wanted it in one full payment, the rep belittled me and demanded I cancel the checks that they had and do a bebit card payment, a 90 dollar fee from my bank which is Capital Bank who was kind enough to wave that fee, then the rep from Greentree Lending had the nerve to ask me if I could afford my home, me being passive kept my mouth shut and didnt tell the tyrant that yes I have survived two horrid ex boyfriends that have drained me of money and a nervous breakdown in march that yes, I think I can handle my mortgage, Ive done fine the past 8 years, DONT USE GREENTREE!
