So, I think I am going to quite enjoy my new job. So much room for advancement. The call center I am at is a brand new location so I am not coming in to a bunch of clique-y high school level drama. We train in large groups for about a month which gives us plenty of time to get to know our group and form bonds. Everyone is super nice, including all of the upper level employees I have met. I DO and will always miss TNT on some level, but ultimately, it is looking like I made a very good decision. I struggled for a bit, but I feel confident that it will pay off in the end. Sometimes you really do just have to follow your heart. We are still hiring so if anyone is interested in trying to get in on the action let me know.
