So I thought Id put this out there. This next time I come in on vacation Im lookin to buy a house as Im not doin a apt again especally with the work schedule I have. So im looking for one or more people to basically rent the place from me and just keep it up while im gone. Im lookin at three houses right now in the houston area (one clear lake area, ones in downtown (nice neighborhoods of course), and ones in the Santa Fe/Alvin area. All are 4/2.5 bath. I can live anywhere and want too I have just put it off cause I dont feel like paying a house note all by myself when Im home for only 10 days outta the month... Dumb. Anyway depending on the response I get from this will depend on which one I pick. Rent for any of them would prolly be in the range of 600-750/mth. Again this is just a few of the details if you want more or have questions just message me or text me. Gettin a place reguardless but it would be nice to have someone maintain it while im away instead of payin people.
