So I was assembling some new shelving fixtures we got today for the produce department. I had to go back to the maintenance station where a few tools I needed were located. I passed by an Assistant Manager on the way back. I grabbed the wrong wrench so I had to make a second trip. After I grabbed it I walked by the same Assistant. I said in frustration as I passed,I hate tool boxes where all the wrenches are thrown in a pile. She replied back,Just be thankful you have tools. As I walked back to produce, I thought about what she had said. She was right, and this applied to many situations. We all need to be thankful for what we do have. It may not be how we like it or the way we do, but it might be exactly what we need. Im sure this wasnt exactly what she intended on me thinking as she said that, but I sure am glad she did. I just want to say thank you Tresa Morgan. Thank you for saying what you did.
