So I was downtown late tonight when overhead I saw the biggest, brightest and most beautiful shooting star before it burned out. It was simply amazing and words could not do it justice. It was second only to the huge fireball shooting star explosion that I saw with my good friend Joe Andaverde around fifteen years ago or so. But what was more amazing than the sight that I saw, was that I was in a crowd of around a hundred and fifty people or so and no one else had seen it. I looked around and practically everyone was staring at their smart phones or something else, unaware of the spectacle overhead that they missed. It is so sad, I weep for you all.
