So I was going to Amarillo last week to see the Dr. Just outside of Fritch I saw an ice chest on the side of the road. As I passed it I noticed that it was a lockable type heavy duty . I backed up & got out of my pickup. I picked it up and set it on the back of the tailgate so I could ck it out ! It was full of ice so I stuck my hand in just to see what contents were there ! After feeling around for a few seconds I felt what seemed to be a plastic bag. So I pulled it out & what I found just shocked the crap out of me. It was a human toe folks !! A Human Toe !!! So I called 911 & told them what I had found . The 911 operator said there had been an drilling rig accident between Borger & Pampa , that a tong hand had gotten his toe cut off by a piece of drill stem . The company pickup that was taking him to NWTH in Amarillo had lost the ice chest that had the toe. I told 911 that I would start to the hospital & the DPS could meet me on 136. She told me not to do anything with it !! I said lady that man needs his toe !! She then informed me just to remain at the site & stay calm !!! They would send a tow truck to get it !!!!! ;)
