So, I was involved in a thread of conversation regarding canning vs. waterbath on low acid foods... you know how Granny used to do it. Here is the actual question... THIS IS NOT A WAR ZONE... just a question to see how you all respond. I will post my response in the comment section below. Good Morning , my question is are my thought is that before pressure cookers were around people only had the water bath way to do the canning , my parents always did it that way and other people I know and we never had any health problems are become sick from it so how much better is it and I really am not trying to start a war here so please keep it clean thank you
