So I was out and about today and stopped by one of my local VW repair shops looking for some old VW Ansen Sprints and my buddy told me to go look out back or on the roof of the shop!! Didnt find anything so I headed up the ladder to the roof!! I get up there and there is tons of stuff up there!! Im up there about an hour and found nothing so Im headed back to the ladder when I see this little gem sticking out from underneath a VW hood!! At first I was like noooooo, that cant be what I think it is!! So I dig it out and go down the ladder hanging onto it for dear life and ask them what they wanted for it.....When he shot me a price I about broke my fingers jamming them in my pocket to get him the money!! They said it had been up there 30 plus years and one of the guys thought it was a tool box for a trailer!! Just goes to show that stuff is still out there and you never know where its going to pop up!! A Meyers Manx camping module on the roof of a VW repair shop for 30 some odd years!!
