So .... I was perusing though my recipe box ,,, fondly remembering the recipes given to me by my mom and my grand mom in their own hand writing ... and one recipe that I found that Tracey and I tried to figure out the ingredients for a dessert that we had at a restaurant in the Bahams (but I still havent actually tried to make it yet) .... I think that was about 35 yrs ago sheeesh! Any way I found this recipe that a certain some one gave to me Mary M Mccollum at I think was 8th grade party at Darcy Bostock Ayers at her home on Alden rd....it was titled MiMis chicken ...lol I am going to make this will let yall know how it turns out ...I remember it was so very yummie! Thank you Mary ... and thank you recipe box for a walk down memory lane.
