So I was thinking........I have seen a lot of people saying they dont agree with Black Friday shopping on Thanksgiving because the employees should be home with their families. I think it should be up to the employee. There are TONS of employees that WANT TO WORK on Thanksgiving night and make time and 1/2 or double time and 1/2. This is how they afford a Christmas for their family. Usually, they will make other arrangements and have their Thanksgiving before or after work. Thanksgiving really is not about eating turkey anyways... you can celebrate Thanksgiving any day. Boycotting these stores on Thanksgiving is NOT going to help those that WANT TO WORK (and I promise you its A LOT MORE people that WANT to work than you think).
