So I was thinking how guys I know will always come up to me & tell me about their cars theyre messing around with or show me some Ford mustang they just bought thinking Im gonna be impressed as if Im thinking about cars driving around race tracks in my head all day. Im going to explain how I ended up working on cars. I had this super shitty job at a tomato distributor in north Cambridge called Patapanian tomatoes trying to grab two good tomatoes out of a box over a conveyor belt & put them into a green cardboard thing with two other guys next to me doing the same thing so the cardboard thing would have 6 good tomatoes in it before it went through some machine that heat shrunk plastic around the whole thing & this buddy of mine got me a better job at a gas station. They were having me pump gas & do oil changes & my dad asked me if I wanted to go to tech school. Out of pure laziness & thinking itd be easier to go to school all week instead of work, I went to tech school. I ended up having a talent for fixing cars unfortunately & have pretty much been doing it ever since. Im grateful Im not still putting tomatoes in green cardboard things but that doesnt mean I think about cars when Im not working on them. I basically think about crocodiles & leopards & eagles & shit like that all day.
