So, I went in to work tonight and asked about the possibility of going back to Plastics, and as it turns out, there was one position open for the weekends third shift. I work tonight back in Plastics, and then I dont go in until Thursday night. I have to work two 12-hour shifts Saturday and Sunday every week, but Id much rather do that than work on the assembly line. So, its not the best thing that could have happened and Im not happy about having to work a 12 hour shift tonight on pretty much no sleep, but its a much more favorable position to be in. And while I still may look into other jobs that may not be as life-stealing as this one, Im content with it until I find something better.
