So I went to Petsmart in Woodbridge and slipped in dog crap on the floor and got whiplash. No mgr or employee even acknowledged me. I called the store and the mgr Bill asked me what I wanted them to do! Really? I made him make out a report and went to get medical treatment. Apparently corporate isnt too concerned because they could care less if people get hurt shopping in their store and told me I have to pay for my own treatment and they will decide if its justified. I think its a little negligent to allow animals to crap & pee on the floors and Petsmart seems to assume no liability for this obligation to keep the floors clean & safe for everyone. How does the health dept allow this? Its not a farm. If they solicit this kind of behavior they should accept the consequences. This is not the end........
