So I went to the oncologist today to get the news. All is good as far as she can see. The CT images are stable, meaning no change from last time. Combined with the lower tumor marker this is great news. Whatever remains of the tiny tumors in my neck and near my kidney are so small that she is not sure if they are still cancer or just scar tissue from dead cancer cells. So the plan is NO CHEMO for a while. I will have the tumor marker blood test done and a CT scan at the end of February. This way she can track the progress to see if cancer returns. So all I have to say is it is a very good Christmas after all. Merry Christmas to all and to my oncologist, primary care doctor, lawyer, and accountant Happy Hanukkah!
