So, I woke up about an hour before I needed to today. Even wasting some time, got to work early enough to leave a good impression (heh). Spent most of the day meeting people, touring the facility, getting to know what we do. My work is still a bit of a mystery to me, most of which wont be revealed until I go train in Rhode Island next week. The key thing is how excited people seemed to be to have their own IT guy in the building. When I was introduced, their eyes would light up, and theyd stare at me as if to say, Yoooouuu... I will have you chained to my desk soon. Im the Salacious Crumb of my workplace. And Im good with that.
