So I woke up to bake my baby brownies... We were out of butter so I googled butter substitutes.. the only thing I had from the options was avocado... hmmm... so I tried it and thought they tasted pretty good, as I brought it to him he said after his first bite... why do these taste so weird?! HOW DOES HE ALWAYS KNOW WHEN I HEALTHIFY THINGS!? (black bean brownies, chocolate zucchini muffins, you name it, he always knows). Needless to say, theres a whole plate of brownies that I will be bringing to work so I dont eat them all hahaha. Darn Southern roots.... I did make up for it by making him chicken parm without making anything about it healthy. The battle continues.... Matty -249034, April - 0. I will not give up! lol
