So I won a weight loss comp in 2013. Went from 119.7 down to 104.7 in 6 weeks. Fell off the wagon once it was over and ballooned to 129.9kgs recently. Size 44 pants and 4XL shirt. To put it in perspective.. One of the male contestants in the last version of Biggest Loser started at 124kgs. So after 5 weeks Im back down to 119.7 kgs today. Lost 2 shirt sizes and a pant size. Im only trying to maintain this weight for 2 weeks until New Years is done and then will go hardcore in 2015 to be 90 kgs at my wedding. So I need peoples help in 2015... When I say no thanks to booze, desserts, eating out constantly, please respect that decision and dont tell me just one wont hurt cause Im fat and food and booze is my heroin! You wouldnt tell a junky... Just shoot up once... It wont hurt. Cheers and no beers in 2015!
