So IGNORANCE at its best: Dash Drains unclog a customers kitchen sink on 3/13. She pays by check the check does not clear it written on a CLOSED ACCOUNT. So I call her on 3/26 left a message asking her to call me. Yup I know u are all surprised to hear she never called. So this afternoon I call and again leave her a voicemail that she owes the fee for the drain and the bank fee we are charged. Anywho she calls my employee and yells at him to tell me to stop calling and I am being to impatient!!!!!!!! Can anyone explain how am I the asshole in this situation???????
